We produce extra virgin olive oil
Our agritourism is surrounded by twenty ectars of olive trees, from whom whit sapiens and dedication we product our oil “The gold of Brigands”.
We produce in blend or purity two different cultivar, “Cellina di Nardò” and “Ogliarola Leccese”, both typical fo the south of Salento.
Cosimo, is an Apulian tester of olive oil virgin and extra virgin, and will guide you in tasting and learing about our Apulian olive oil heritage.
